This should be NO STARS. This is the most appalling quality. DO NOT BUY. It is NOT a sweatshirt. It's like a t-shirt with a hood; the fabric is thin, poor quality, with a horrible, shiny synthetic lining on the inside of the fabric. The stitching is bad, and it was several sizes too small for a 10-year-old (who is small for his age). It would fit a 7-year-old. The seam where the awful fabric meets the rim/band is gathered unevenly, as if it were thrown together. It took many, many emails of complaint and requests for a refund to get the matter sorted. Whilst Joom were prompt at replying to all emails, it took a long time to get the matter sorted. They ask you to access a link for a refund; however, there are two choices: one for a refund to the payment card used and the other a refund in Joom "points" to be used on another product. I chose refund to payment method used (obviously), and I was informed emphatically that I chose Joom points, which I categorically denied. I think it's a scam to pawn off points instead of a refund. I requested that the link be sent to me again so I could redo it and prove that I chose a payment refund, but they declined and said it could only be sent once. After several more emails I finally got a refund. I wouldn't deal with Joom again despite their prompt customer service.

I think the quality of this product is shameful, it's laughing at the consumer, a sweatshirt that looks like a costume t-shirt with a hood, this is something similar to a scam, and on top of everything I have to pay the shipping costs to return it...for what purpose??? To bore me and for me to keep the product??? For this money they ask for I buy a sweatshirt at El Corte Inglés and I have money left over...SCAMMERS...I want a refund now
It's more like a t-shirt with a hood. A sweatshirt is much thicker. Doesn't match the description. I asked to be refunded. The seller refused the package and I can't get anyone to answer me. I contacted Joom customer service who is not responding to me. I have just followed up one last time
It's not a sweatshirt, but it's thin like a t-shirt. For the price it has, it's a rip-off. On top of that, it was supposed to arrive before the end of the year with a margin for the Three Kings, and it arrived on January 13th and without any tracking. A disaster
It's not a sweatshirt, not even close, it's a very thin t-shirt.
Too big for a 10-year-old boy
It runs small. It took too long to arrive.
