Tsutaya Juzaburo, commonly known as Tsutaju, was the "media king of Edo" and has even been featured in a historical drama. He grew up in Yoshiwara and was a highly skilled publishing producer. This book features many of the ukiyo-e masterpieces that Tsutaju discovered and introduced to the world, all in a large A4 size for a book. It is a book that is perfect for both viewing and displaying in your room.

Late works by Katsushika Hokusai and works by Utagawa Hiroshige, created after Tsutaju's death, are included as clues to tracing the history of the rise of ukiyo-e, a genre that Tsutaju created. Images of the works are also included on the back cover of this book, so please take a look.
