The patented pre-open pedal engagement system ensures easy and secure engagement every time. All XPRO and XPRESSO pedals come standard with "ICLIC FREE cleats." They allow angular and lateral freedom to respect the natural movement of the legs and joints. You can also adjust the Q-factor (by switching cleats) to optimize performance based on three points: safety, ergonomics, and performance. Bi-material construction increases durability when walking with the cleats on. "ICLIC FIXED cleats" work with all XPRO and XPRESSO pedals.
