The dynamic battle stage features the protagonist Gent Hiruma (played by Tomoya Warabino), Emi Aobe (played by Himena Tsukimiya), Teruaki Nagura (played by Yuki Ito), and Ultraman Blazer. Also included is a special talk show featuring the cast and the artists who performed the theme and ending songs for the "Ultraman Blazer" TV series.

This two-disc set includes a Blu-ray and a DVD. The content is the same on both discs.

[Synopsis] "Ultra Heroes EXPO 2024 New Year Festival NEW GENERATION THE LIVE Ultraman Blazer Arc ~Another Hero~" The Defense Forces have developed a new humanoid robot—an android that fights by copying human physical abilities. However, the Barossa aliens attack through a wormhole and steal his powers. Gent transforms into Ultraman Blazer and fights alongside Earth Garon, but an enemy with a copy of Blazer's powers appears before him. Can Captain Gent and his SKaRD team recover the androids from the Barossa aliens who are plotting to invade Earth and protect it?!
