The flowing case design mirrors the streamlined body of an orca, helping reduce water resistance during underwater use. The dial design incorporates subtle orca-inspired elements, including hour markers that resemble the whale surfacing from the water and semi-circular markers that evoke the animal’s distinctive markings.

Powered by Citizen’s Eco-Drive technology, the watch converts light into energy using a built-in solar cell. This system allows the watch to run continuously with regular exposure to light, eliminating the need for routine battery replacements.

Designed for serious water use, the BN0230-04E meets ISO standards for diver’s watches with 200-meter water resistance.
