Directions: Shake well before use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor. Reapply: After swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, towel-dry immediately, and at least every two hours. Sun Protection: Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen regularly. Other sun protection tips: Limit outdoor activity during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
