◆How to wear 1. Put it on first 2. Simultaneously grasp both sides and lower until you hear a "click" in three places. 3. Adjust the rear headband. 4. Finally, adjust the chin strap.

◆How to Fold 1. Press the three points mentioned above until you hear a click. 2. Slowly lower while pressing with your hands. 3. Lock the headband to the outside of the helmet. *Storing the helmet in the wrong position may damage the headband.
