The standard model of J. Michael trumpet, designed to cover everything from brass bands to wind ensembles. This model was developed to produce a richer tone than the entry-level models (TR-200/TR-300S). It inherits the design philosophy of the higher-end Brasspire Unicorn, including a bell length that significantly affects sound and a durable stainless steel piston, resulting in outstanding sound and stable piston action. While all parts are made of brass, only the mouthpiece is made of red brass, which has a high copper content, resulting in a sharp yet rich sound. The semi-round crook has a single support rod attached to the main tuning slide. This makes it easy to find the right notes and creates a comfortable playing feel. Taking the overall playing feel of the instrument into consideration, the standard tuning method, not the reverse, has been adopted.
