The included refills consist of five sheets each of the following: "Refill Block," a four-section refill ideal for diaries and reviews; "Refill Grid 2mm," a 2mm grid refill that allows for easy organization of items and writing in small letters; and "Refill Grid Daily," a highly flexible refill with a month, day of the week, and date format at the top that allows for easy numbering of dates.
