Received the above item and followed the instructions . The top cover due to the rigid plastic construction will not allow the cover to fit over the phone. It would appear that the top cover is not the correct length to fit over the phone. Have spent too much time in trying to fit the cover and have given up. Not happy with the product. Quality looks okay but does not fit Moto g17 Why can`t Joom provide an email address in order to make contacting them much easier.
