Massage into skin and rinse. Body : Apply a small amount of soap on a wet washcloth or hands, lather onto wet skin and rinse. Hair : Apply a few drops for short hair or up to 1/2 Tbsp. for long hair. Can be either worked directly into wet hair or pre-diluted in a cup of water. Lather and rinse. Hands : Pre-dilute castile soap 1 part soap with 10 parts water. Bath : Pour approximately 2 Tbsp. soap in an average sized tub. (Doesn’t bubble, but still cleans). Can add more as desired. ​ Foot Bath : Pour 1/2 Tbsp. in a small tub of hot water.
