Item missing from packet in parcel

It was written 'rechargeable foot file', I took a photo as it was written, I received the files, then they should have written in the description that it's only the files, not like this, only at the end, in small print, it says that the device itself is not included, I am 70 years old, and I could not read the small print without a magnifying glass, only today when I received the parcel. If I had known, for this money I would have ordered from somewhere else

Works well, the backlight is complete nonsense, the only thing is - it's unclear how to change the attachments?!! This roller doesn't come out

The electric nail file arrived damaged and doesn't work. It's a shame. I want a refund or a replacement. How can I do this?

Incomplete set. Only the attachments arrived. I would like to understand what needs to be done to get the rest

Three attachments arrived, but the device itself was not included in the set

Hello Only the attachments arrived Where is the device itself?

Lies. Not a file arrives, but only replacement rollers

Five stars is an advance payment, haven't used it yet.

only spare cups and where is the machine itself

There is no car itself, only three small stones

The device itself is incomplete, it's missing.
