The product I received is defective and never worked correctly. I submitted a refund request to Joom (with a video and 2 photos) and they sent me instructions to see if I could install it with some other actions. The instructions contained errors, as the Samsung operating system has been updated and does not include the Samsung Accessories Service app they told me to use to resolve the issue. Thus, I spent 5 days trying to figure out how to perform the procedure they indicated so that I could video it for the examination of my request to continue. Nevertheless, on the fifth day of trying, I received a message stating that my refund request was definitively rejected, 11 days after receiving the goods. The company has a 30-day limit for products that do not match the description, and I find that I can no longer claim a refund. From the procedures I followed via AI, it is clear that the product is either defective or not genuine.
