IsolBau 2K-PU Floor Coating – 7 kg
IsolBau 2K-PU Floor Coating is a professional two-component polymer resin coating system for indoor and outdoor floors. The coating consists of two compatible components: Floor paint – a waterproof polymer dispersion floor membrane in a freely selectable color, which is applied to the floor as the first component.
Let's take a closer look at the components: PU binder – an ultra-pure polyurethane resin that additionally protects the substrate perfectly from mechanical damage and abrasion, is waterproof and resistant to UV radiation, chemicals and oils exist.
The combination of these two products results in a professional, very durable, three-layer resin floor.. IsolBau 2K Floor Coating is very easy to process – unlike epoxy paints, no two components need to be mixed, and the open processing time is not limited by curing.
The product is ideally suited for the finishing of floors in garages, workshops, basements, utility rooms, hobby rooms, parking garages, cold storage rooms, storage rooms, etc.. It is also excellently suited for outdoor use, under carports, gazebos, pergolas, canopies, but also as a protective and decorative coating for balconies, terraces, stairs, etc.
What distinguishes us from the competition?

Applicable to all construction surfaces such as concrete, cement, plaster, screed, ceramic tiles, steel, wood, and more. The coating can be used for painting and sealing garages, workshops, basements, utility rooms, hobby rooms, parking garages, cold storage rooms, storage rooms, etc.
dyed. It is also excellently suited for outdoor use, under carports, gazebos, pergolas, canopies, but also as a protective and decorative coating for balconies, terraces, stairs, etc.
Old paint, dirt, moss, and lichens should be removed with a high-pressure cleaner.. After washing the substrate, you must wait until it is completely dry.. Poorly adhering, oily, flaking parts should be removed and holes filled.
Rusted areas on metal cladding should be thoroughly cleaned and treated with a suitable anti-corrosion agent.
The substrate must be treated with a solution of floor paint and water in a ratio of 1:2 to be primed.
Danger! Do not mix floor paint with PU binder, apply the products one after another after ensuring the previous coat is completely dry.
• 1 Component – Floor paint
Stir the floor paint with a slow-speed mixer before starting to paint.. Apply the product with a roller, brush, or syringe. At least 2 coats are required.
Apply the next layer at a right angle to the previous layer. Colors from different production batches should not be applied to the same surface or to surfaces that are in contact with each other.
Work on a surface without interruption. This guarantees a uniform appearance without color differences. Do not apply before precipitation, in case of frost risk, at a relative humidity above 80%, and on strongly heated surfaces.
Do not apply paint to damp surfaces.
• 2 Component - PU Binder
Apply PU binder only after ensuring that the previous layers are completely dry. Apply the product evenly with a roller or brush. Work on a surface without interruption.
This guarantees a uniform appearance without color differences. Do not apply before precipitation, in case of frost risk, at a relative humidity of over 80%, and on strongly heated surfaces.
Clean tools with water immediately after use while they are still fresh. Dried-on material can only be removed mechanically.
