I am very disappointed with this phone. It is very difficult to use. I am used to using the arrow keys to move back and forth between pages. With this phone, you have to constantly swipe to find and open the app you want.. The color setting is also very poor and there is no natural display. I don't need a lot of the apps, but I can't delete them from the display, I can only deactivate them. This means that there is no good overview on the display. I've tried to get used to it, but I don't enjoy this phone and want to return it.
I received this smartphone...when I open the telephone I started to understand that something is going wrong. I asked from Joom to return it because I read that I can return it in 14 days from recieving day. When I ask from support to return it they told me that they must ask first....and to wait to response the seller...it's the 5th day and no response from support about! That means that Joom is not a serious seller and be careful! You can't trust as other sellers as temu or AliExpress.
Super fast delivery. I'll write more in a few days. I've tried it so far so good. Good battery. Smooth display. Excellent camera.. The aesthetics are exceptional for me. Optimal display size for me. Thanks to Blackview and Joom
