I think just a normal mini-usb (from a phone charger for example) will do. I used batteries. It inflates and deflates automatically. Big screen, the results are clearly readable. It also has a memory function, to store earlier readings. It can store up to 90 sets of measured values, for 2 users. SUPER device!! I recommend it, if you want to keep track of your health.
