I ordered a case for a A8Plus phone instead received a A8, despite the specification being clearly written. Also product was described as Leather case. It is no leather i can assure you but some artificial polyurethane. But I assumed from the start that would be the case. Now comes the problem. When wanting to return the product and following indications from Help Centre, the page prompts you to click some inexistent Support button. You can look far and wide you will not find anything close to that or making possible a return. The Refunds & Return procedure is not active despite deceptively having the named and appearance

Toto je oficiálna sťažnosť. Dostal som nesprávny tovar. Napríklad nemá otvor pre lampu. Celkovo je kryt príliš malý. Miesta, kde sa stláčajú tlačidlá, sú na nesprávnom mieste. Pozrite si fotografiu. Vpravo tovar, ktorý som kúpil, vľavo správny starý tovar. Chcem dostať svoje peniaze späť. Ako vrátim tovar?

Pekná koža a je pevná. Oveľa lepšia ako akékoľvek kožené, ktoré som si kúpil z Amazonu

Všetko ok, dobrý materiál a splnili moje očakávania 👍
