What is the Oxford Reading Tree (ORT)? This is a "Japanese language" textbook that is used in over 80% of elementary schools in the UK. There are over 200 short stories with humorous "punch lines", all told in the natural English used by native children. The story mainly depicts the daily life of the main character, a boy named Kipper, and his family and friends. Have fun learning English while experiencing various stories told by fun characters such as the three naughty brothers Kipper, Biff, and Chip and their dog Floppy.
In Stage 5, the "Magic Key" that appeared in Stage 4 will transport children to a world of full-fledged fantasy and adventure. This pack includes stories about an adventure to save Floppy from a dragon, and an adventure to get rid of three witches living in a castle. Exciting stories will stimulate your imagination and thinking skills, and stimulate your desire to read, write, and speak. You will experience a deeper world of reading, discovering causal relationships between stories and episodes, and encountering new types of stories. You can also learn about vocabulary in a more in-depth manner, such as understanding that words you see for the first time are derived from words you already know.
