● Avoid using the product in situations where there is a sudden temperature difference, such as rapid cooling or rapid heating. Cannot be used in microwave ovens. ● Do not use metal scrubbers or cleansers as they may cause scratches and chlorine bleach may cause whitish cloudiness. ● If you wash ceramics, metalware, glassware, etc. together in the washing tub, it may cause scratches or damage. ● If the cups are stacked on top of each other, they may not come out or may be damaged. ● This glass is soda lime glass. If you leave it for a long time, it may become cloudy, but as a countermeasure, it is effective to soak it in a solution of 3 to 4 times diluted household table vinegar with water for several minutes, and then rinse it with water. (*This problem can be resolved by neutralizing the alkalinity of soda lime with acid.)
Product inspection and management are performed in Japan. Size and color may vary slightly due to handiwork by craftsmen.
