How to use the product: Important: Make sure to use it properly. For adults and children 6 years and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with toothpaste. Open the cap. Hold the container upright and press it. Fill up to the indicated line (10 ml). Gargle with 10 ml of mouthwash for 1 minute to clean the gaps between teeth and spit it out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use. For children under 12 years of age, instruct them on the correct way to avoid swallowing. Instruct them frequently until they can use it correctly on their own. For children under 6 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.
