The Danganronpa series finally makes its debut on Nintendo Switch! A set including the three previously released titles + a new board game is now available! The Danganronpa series is a high-speed mystery action game where you expose the culprit of a murder case by refuting contradictions in class trials.
This game begins with exceptionally talented high school students gathered from across the country being trapped inside a school by "Monokuma," who calls himself the headmaster. To get out, the students must participate in a killing game and then conduct class trials to find the culprit. When a student's death is discovered, the game progresses through an investigation phase where players gather testimonies and evidence, followed by a class trial phase where players engage in back-and-forth debates. The class trial unfolds at a high speed and tempo, using action to refute contradictions in the opponent's statements.
The class trial, a fusion of deduction and action gameplay, offers an unprecedentedly exciting gaming experience. The Nintendo Switch version also includes a gallery function where players can view character voices and expressions, in-game illustrations, and setting materials.
A new board game, "Happy Danganronpa S: Super High School Level Tropical Dice Camp," is here! The popular board game from "New Danganronpa V3" returns significantly enhanced. This all-star title features characters from previous series in a dream collaboration, taking place on the tropical resort "Jabberwock Island" where players hone their talents through training and battles.
This game features over 1,000 events involving characters from across the series, and includes new swimsuit illustrations for the characters. Furthermore, it incorporates a new collectible element: the Monomono Machine, where players can obtain collaborative illustrations that have actually been made into merchandise.
