- We make effective use of the leftover wood from Shimanto Hinoki trees, which are about 70 to 80 years old and full of vitality.The pale pink material is beautiful and contains plenty of oil, making it excellent at repelling water.
- This cutting board is made of elastic and pliable Shimanto Hinoki wood, which is laminated and has a soft texture and is gentle on the edges.
- After use, you can stand it up on its own and store it in a dry state.
- To prevent dark spots, discoloration, and cracks that are typical of cutting boards, only the end of the cutting board is impregnated with prepolymer paint.
- Please avoid using the dishwasher.This may cause the cutting board to crack or warp.
