In the climax of the early Three Kingdoms, Dong Zhuo takes the place of Lu Bu in the showdown with the allied forces of the feudal lords. He initially defeats military commanders like Yu She and Pan Feng, but is defeated by Guan Yu with a single blow, effectively making him a foil to Guan Yu. This appears to be a different treatment in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms than in the official history.

He may also have been instrumental in popularizing the "gyuto kakei" (chicken splitting technique) technique, as he is said to have uttered a Confucius phrase: "Why use a gyuto to split a chicken?"

In addition to displaying this figure, it would also be interesting to have it held by a 1/100 scale Gundam model kit.
