[Introduction] Tendo Kaito is the son of the chairman of Tendo Memorial Hospital, one of Japan's largest hospitals. After a falling out with his father, Kaito chose not to become a doctor and instead worked as a weekly magazine reporter for a publishing company. While busy with work every day, Kaito was planning to propose to his girlfriend, with whom his relationship was progressing smoothly. However, just before the proposal, he heard that his father had been involved in an incident, and he decided to visit Tendo Memorial Hospital, from which he had become estranged. The incident prompted Kaito to learn his father's true intentions and recall an important promise he had made to his father in the past. Meanwhile, Tendo Memorial Hospital, left behind by his father, is riddled with hidden problems, and a power struggle is brewing for the position of chairman. Kaito resolves to take back what his father built from Tendo Memorial Hospital, which has been consumed by a mass of "desire," and to protect his loved ones, he must fight the power struggle at the massive hospital... !
