Jumping rope precautions :
1. When skipping rope, be sure to wear shock absorbing sports shoes, which can effectively reduce the pressure on the ankles and soles of the feet.
2. The thighs will not become thicker due to skipping rope, and the intensity of skipping rope exercise is not as high, which will make the leg muscles smooth.
