This is an adapter (sold separately) required when using the NiSi 150mm S6 square filter holder with the LAOWA 15mm F4.5 Zero-D Shift lens.
Flare and ghosting can be problematic when using filters with ultra-wide-angle lenses. One of the causes of these problems is the internal reflection from the lens adapter, which has been resolved by lining the lens with anti-reflective flocked fabric. This has significantly reduced the occurrence of internal reflection compared to conventional matte paint.
The NiSi S6 holder can be used with multiple lenses by changing the lens adapter.
By combining it with dedicated filters sold separately, a wide variety of filter work is possible.
