[Story] A murder occurs on a Native American reservation in South Dakota. The incident stems from a conflict between the Native American Rights Movement (ARM) and pro-U.S. government reformers. The investigation is led by Ray, a man of Sioux descent, and veteran Kutel. The two become acquainted with local police officer Walter through the murder, but Walter is uncooperative for some reason. Ray eventually arrests Jimmy, one of the ARM leaders, as a suspect...
