This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit of the U.S. Navy's carrier-based fighter, the F/A-18 Super Hornet.
This kit models the single-seat F/A-18E type.
The finished length is 250mm.
Not only is the fuselage shape and panel lines accurately reproduced, but the sensors and arresting hooks equipped on various parts of the aircraft are also meticulously modeled.
The detailed rendering of the landing gear also enhances the finished product.
The cockpit features a three-dimensional reproduction of the seat, control stick, and instrument panel using separate parts.
The canopy can be assembled open or closed.
A wide range of weapons, including missiles mounted under the wings, is also included.
