Available sizes: 12mm, 15mm, 23mm, 27mm, 35mm, and 47mm.
These rubber spacers are made to be inserted into springs. They are compatible with most coil suspension vehicles, including those from Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Daihatsu, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other manufacturers. Installation is as simple as inserting them into the springs, requiring no special tools, making them a simple DIY custom part.
By physically limiting (adjusting) the stroke of the coil suspension, they can be used to prevent bottoming out in vehicles lowered with a ride height adjustment kit or lowering springs, alleviating the negative impact of lowering and improving ride comfort. They can also be used to raise the front and rear vehicle height if they are not aligned correctly, and can also be used as a balancer to balance the front and rear of your vehicle.
A wide variety of sizes are available, so you can choose the height (thickness) that best suits your needs. If you want to improve ride comfort or reduce noise caused by bottoming out or excessive subsidence without lifting the vehicle, choose a spacer with a thickness similar to the gap between the compressed springs when the vehicle is not lifted. If you want to raise the vehicle height, choose a spacer with a thickness similar to the gap between the compressed springs when the vehicle is lifted. The thicker the spacer, the greater the effect of raising the vehicle height.
If you are dissatisfied with the ride comfort or appearance of coilovers or lowering springs, it can be expensive and difficult to return to the original setup, but this product is an affordable option. Please note that it cannot be installed on leaf springs or air suspension. Installation is very easy, but if you are not confident, please ask a professional for help.
Instruction manual not included. Unskilled installation may cause malfunctions, so be sure to ask a professional or mechanic for help. We assume no responsibility for any problems or breakdowns that occur if you attempt the installation yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
