Product Introduction
Cookware for Food Education and Passing on Quality to the Next Generation
About the Manufacturer
Since its founding in 1960, Miyazaki Seisakusho has consistently produced high-quality metal housewares. In 1996, they launched the "Geo-Product" series. Developed under the supervision of Yukio Hattori, a well-known food expert frequently seen on television, this series of products prioritizes not only functionality but also ease of maintenance and durability, making them professional-grade items. The 15-year warranty demonstrates their confidence in the product's quality.
The cookware features a 7-layer construction with highly heat-conductive aluminum sandwiched between stainless steel. It's so high-performance that it can be used in the oven, and even used like an oven to bake cakes. While some may worry about the stainless steel handle becoming too hot, the design is clever; if the handle is too hot to grip, it indicates that the heat is too high.
