COZENTA Form Keeper - Pitching & Swing Form Improvement Training for Baseball and Golf - Wrist Control - Ambidextrous

Simply wearing this form keeper while throwing will instantly help you master the release point that transfers power to the ball. Furthermore, in golf swings, it reduces wrist wobble, resulting in an incredibly stable swing path. When throwing, elbow protrusion (elbow slippage) increases strain on the shoulder and elbow. The rigid plate supports the wrist, allowing you to experience efficient and correct arm movement in both throwing and swinging. Users praise its "just right hold without being too restrictive." By intentionally fixing the wrist angle, it helps to consciously improve bad throwing habits and golf movements such as overswinging and flipping (scooping). Its 2-way design allows use regardless of the left or right arm. This multi-trainer is useful not only for correcting elbow slippage in baseball, but also for fixing the lead arm (right arm for left-handed golfers) and improving habits like the ball getting caught in the clubface in golf. Length: Approximately 16cm (adjustable free size with hook-and-loop fastener) Weight: Approximately 45g Material: Nylon, plate made of rigid material
