The frame material has been renewed from steel to fiberglass, making it lighter and more resistant to rust. It features a buttonless lock system – simply slide the runner up or down to open and close the umbrella. This reduces the action of pressing a button, allowing for smooth operation. It also includes a “drying stopper” to secure it in a half-open position, allowing water droplets remaining on the umbrella to dry.
