This Cilantro Lime Sheet Pan Seasoning Pack allows you to create a sweet-tasting glaze for expertly seasoned pork tenderloin, sweet corn, and meat in one pack. It combines the fresh flavor of cilantro with the citrusy notes of lime to create a refreshing blend. The perfect combination of flavors balances the notes of black pepper and cilantro, creating a fragrant seasoning perfect for pork and corn. Add honey and lime juice to the seasoning to create a cilantro-lime honey glaze for drizzling over pork for a perfect, flavorful finish.
Directions: 1 lb pork tenderloin, 4 heads of hulled sweet corn, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon lime juice or 1/2 fresh lime, squeezed. Directions (Oven): Preheat oven to 425ºF. Reserve 2 teaspoons 1 package of Cilantro Lime Seasoning (for the Cilantro Lime Honey Glaze) (see below). Make the glaze and set aside. Place the pork and corn in a lined pan. Mix the remaining seasoning with the oil. Coating: This product can be used to coat the entire surface of the pork and corn. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and glaze the pork. Return to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes, until the center of the pork is 145ºC. Directions (Air Fryer): Cook the seasoned pork tenderloin in a 4-6 quart air fryer at 375ºC for 15 minutes. Spread the glaze, add the corn, and cook according to the air fryer instructions for about 10 minutes, until the pork is 145º in the center. Follow the cooking and seasoning instructions in the oven recipe. Mix in 2 teaspoons of Make the Glaze (Cilantro Lime Seasoning with honey and lime juice). Sprinkle over the pork.
